Submitting a full paper

Deadline for submitting CIRED 2017 full paper was Monday 16 January 2017.

To submit your full paper you will need to re-enter the on-line submission process.

Before doing so, you will need to download the template for preparing your document

Please check very carefully that all the information you have provided is correct. Here is a summary of what you should be providing:

The final paper should be submitted as a pdf file, in maximum five pages in 2-column format. Papers will be published in the Conference USB from the author-supplied paper.

Failure to comply with the deadline date will result in the paper not being published in the CIRED 2017 Conference USB. Each paper should have at least one author registered by 24 April 2017.

Step 1 - Download the full paper template (MS Word document)

This template contains the instructions giving to the author the basic guidelines to prepare the final pdf version of the paper to be included in the Conference UDB.

You are kindly asked to read and follow them carefully as the reproduction of your paper will be made directly from the document sent.

Step 2 - Submit paper

Prepare (off line) your document according to instructions included in the templates and save them on your hard disk.

Then enter the online system and upload.

Copyright

Please download your copyright form and send it to cired@theiet.org by no later than Wednesday 24 April 2017.

After submission

On submission of your final paper the corresponding author will receive a confirmation of the receipt of the paper.
